Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy covers returns for products only; completed services are non-refundable.

  • Return unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Provide proof of purchase; we’ll inspect and process refunds to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • No returns on opened cosmetics, hygiene products, personalized items, or services already performed.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs; we don’t offer exchanges.
